Fish anyone?




Yesterday afternoon, I cooked a delicious healthy meal. Ever had swordfish? Its great. We buy it fresh at the market - with all the other fresh vegetables, fruits and meats. This was baked in the oven and I poured a mixture of sauteed onions, garlic, tomatoes, and lemon juice on top while baking. Along side with boiled brocolli and carrots and our favorite jamaica water to drink!
